Tollywood stars Priyamani mourn,Nani, Manoj Manchu, Ahuti Prasad’s death

Popular Telugu character artist and comedian Adusumilli Janardhan Vara Prasad aka Ahuti Prasad passed away Sunday at a private hospital here. He was 62. According to industry sources, Ahuti was suffering from colon cancer. He made his cinematic debut in 1988 Telugu film Ahuti. Since then, he starred in over 100 films, predominantly in Telugu, and one each in Tamil and Hindi as well. He also starred in a small role in Amitabh Bachchan’s Sooryavansham. 

Many celebrities from Tollywood and other dignitaries paid their last respects to the veteran actor on Twitter:
